Welcome to this 3 bedroom + loft bedroom, air conditioned cottage located in the heart of Balm Beach and just steps to the beautiful, sandy, clear public beach. Just 90 minutes from the GTA, 15 minutes from Midland for shopping and entertainment, this 4 season cottage is ideal for family vacations.
Set foot out the door and in under 2 minutes, you and your family will be sitting on the beach, or, enjoying lunch at one of 3 restaurants located right on the beach. There is also a beach store for beach ware, toys and other souvenirs.
This cottage has a new Owner and they have just completed some fabulous renovation and upgrades. New shingles going on later this week. Still working on the outside and grounds, but, will be all ready for the season.
Inside is clean, bright and open concept. There is a large living room area, with a large screen TV (Netflix and DVD only), comfortable sectional couch and armchairs.
The kitchen has a table and chairs for 6, gas stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, water cooler and comes complete with kitchen ware. There is a utility room and laundry room off the kitchen, however, “Access to utility and laundry room is not available.”
There are 3 bedrooms off the living room area and a ladder access to the loft with a double bed. Bedroom 1 has a QUEEN BED. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a DOUBLE on the bottom and SINGLE on top. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a DOUBLE on bottom and a SINGLE on top and the loft bedroom has a double bed. BRING LINENS AND TOWELS PLEASE.
THIS COTTAGE SLEEPS 8 GUESTS - (10 WITH PERMISSION – PULL OUT COUCH) 1 Queen, 3 Doubles, 2 Singles
There is a 4 piece newly renovated bathroom.
Cottage has a propane BBQ for use by renters.
You and your children will enjoy being so close to the water and the amenities at Balm Beach.
